What You’ll Do:

• From lighting to logistics, editing to accreditation, you will play a vital role in delivering a world-class production. Roles include:
• Lighting Director – Manage and balance lighting levels, particularly for evening matches or indoor venues.
• Runner / Production Assistant – Support day-to-day logistics, errands, paperwork and communications.
• Editors – Produce highlight reels, post-match packages and promotional content.
• Security / Accreditation Staff – Oversee access control, safety and accreditation processes for crew and visitors.

What We’re Looking For:

• Organised, adaptable and proactive individuals with strong communication skills
• Experience in live production, logistics or event support (preferred but not essential)
• A positive, team-focused attitude and attention to detail

Delivering the Game to the World

Behind every live Premier League broadcast is a team of technical specialists who ensure that every moment reaches audiences seamlessly, wherever they are watching. Our Replay, Graphics and Technical Operations teams make sure the broadcast runs flawlessly from stadium to screen.

What You’ll Do:

• Working at the heart of matchday production, you will help manage the live broadcast systems that connect the Premier League to the world. Roles include:
• Broadcast Engineer / Transmission Engineer – Maintain and monitor signal transmission to networks and satellites across the globe.
• Satellite / OB Truck Operator – Operate the outside broadcast (OB) unit, managing live feeds, mixing and distribution.
• Network Feed Coordinator – Liaise between the stadium feed and international rights holders, such as Sky Sports, NBC and beIN.

• Experience in broadcast engineering, live transmission or technical operations
• Ability to manage complex systems under pressure

What You’ll Do:

• Working as part of our live production crew, you will help deliver world-class broadcast sound for every matchday. Roles include:
• Sound Engineer / Mixer – Balance crowd noise, commentary, pitch sounds and studio audio for broadcast.
• Pitch-side Audio Technicians – Position and monitor microphones around the pitch, goals and touchlines.
• Comms Engineer – Maintain seamless communication between the production truck, commentary booth and camera crew.

• Proven technical experience in live audio or broadcast engineering
