Bring the Game to Life

Every moment matters in the Premier League – from the first whistle to the final celebration. Our Camera and On-Field Crew capture the emotion, drama and precision of world-class football, bringing the action from the pitch to millions of fans across the world.

What You’ll Do:

  • As part of our matchday production team, you will help deliver live coverage that meets the highest global broadcast standards. Roles include:
  • Camera Operators – Operate multiple cameras around the stadium (from 8 to 30+ per match), covering wide angles, close-ups, goal-line action and more.
  • Steadicam / Handheld Operators – Capture the energy up close, including tunnel walks, celebrations and player reactions.
  • Drone / Cable Cam Operators – Provide striking aerial and overhead perspectives of the pitch, crowd and atmosphere.
  • Camera Assistants / Grips – Support the set-up and maintenance of all camera equipment, managing cables, lenses and on-field logistics.
  • RF Technicians – Maintain the stability of wireless camera feeds and ensure consistent broadcast quality.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven technical skills and experience in live broadcast or sports production
  • The ability to work calmly and effectively as part of a team in high-pressure environments
  • A passion for football and for telling its stories through the lens
  • Commitment to safety, precision and broadcast excellence
